Refund policy

Puffli is responsible to deliver the correct product as displayed to you without any damages whatsoever. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product please inform us within 24 hours. We will replace or refund you for it. If you receive a package that has been tampered with, please do not open it and return it back to us via the same delivery agent. All return claims must be made within 48 hours from receiving your order in original re-sellable condition. Puffli reserves the right to refuse returns if your claims or returns are found unsatisfactory. Puffli may replace your product, issue a credit voucher or refund you the amount to satisfy your claim. Warranty is against manufacturing defects. For any such issue please mention your order number and date of purchase in the mail. Under warranty claims, Puffli will not accept back products that are tampered with, altered or used in way as not supposed to as described with the product. All customers are responsible to pay shipping charges on returned products, unless if received in a damaged condition. Please inform us your product related issues rather than returning the product back to us. We often notice problems being solved over email or a call. We strive to sell products of the very highest quality only. If for any reason they fail to meet your expectations, drop us a line and we will sort it out for you.
