Puffli Makhana is made from the seeds of the prickly water lily plant, grown in the wetlands of Madhubani, Bihar. They are carefully harvested, dried, and roasted until they pop into the airy crunch you know and love.

Our makhana is gently roasted, not deep fried. The process is simple and time tested. Heat, patience, and just the right technique to keep it light, crunchy, and flavourful.
